International Delivery — From Our Workshop to Your Destination
Shandong TK delivers heavy trucks, trailers and spare parts worldwide. With years of experience in international freight logistics, we master the specific requirements of every major destination — customs regulations, port procedures, documentation and transport modes.
Delivery Methods
RoRo (Roll-on, Roll-off)
Your truck is driven directly onto a specialised vehicle carrier vessel. Best for complete, driveable trucks. Cheapest option for single units.
- Cost: $2,500–$5,000 USD per unit (China → Africa)
- Transit: 25–45 days depending on destination
- Restriction: truck must be driveable, nothing loaded inside
Flat Rack Container
For oversized vehicles (crane trucks, mixers) loaded onto open-top flat rack containers. Secured with chains and lashing straps.
- Cost: $4,000–$8,000 USD
- Advantage: ship non-running or oversized vehicles
Container Shipping (20ft / 40ft)
For spare parts, CKD/SKD kits and consolidated cargo. Full weather protection, most frequent schedules.
- Cost: $1,500–$4,000 USD per container
- Best for: parts shipments and consolidated orders
Bulk / Charter
For fleet orders of 20+ vehicles. Dedicated vessel space with significant per-unit savings.
Our Departure Ports in China
- Qingdao — Closest to our Liangshan workshop. Primary port for African shipments.
- Shanghai — China’s busiest port. Best connectivity worldwide, primary for Latin America.
- Tianjin — Strong RoRo services to West Africa and Middle East.
- Guangzhou / Nansha — Southern China, ideal for Southeast Asian routes.
Destination Expertise
West Africa
Lagos (Apapa/Tin Can), Tema, Douala, Dakar, Abidjan. Nigeria requires SONCAP certificate. We prepare all Form M documentation.
East Africa
Dar es Salaam, Mombasa, Maputo, Djibouti. Ethiopia: ESLSE involvement required. Landlocked countries: we coordinate inland transport via Dar es Salaam or Mombasa.
Southern Africa
Durban, Luanda, Matadi/Pointe-Noire. South Africa: NRCS requirements. Angola: BIVAC pre-shipment inspection.
North Africa & Middle East
Alexandria, Algiers, Jeddah, Dubai (Jebel Ali). Shorter transit (20–25 days). Import licenses may be required.
Latin America
Santos (Brazil), Callao (Peru), Valparaíso (Chile), Buenaventura (Colombia). Brazil: INMETRO certification. Some countries have vehicle age restrictions.
Central Asia
Via rail through Kazakhstan or road from Xinjiang. We coordinate multimodal transport (sea + rail or sea + road).
Southeast Asia
Ho Chi Minh City, Jakarta, Manila, Yangon. Shortest transit times from Chinese ports (7–15 days).
China Domestic Delivery
For customers within China, we deliver directly from our Liangshan workshop by road. Trucks are driven by our professional drivers, or transported on flatbed trailers for non-running units. Delivery anywhere in China within 3–7 days.
Incoterms
- FOB (Free on Board): we deliver to Chinese port, you arrange freight
- CIF (Cost, Insurance, Freight): we handle everything to your destination port
- DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): full door-to-door service (select destinations)
Documentation Included
Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading (3 originals), Certificate of Origin (CCPIT), Pre-shipment Inspection Certificate (when required), Vehicle Registration Certificate, Insurance Certificate (CIF terms), Pre-shipment photos and condition report.
