Secure Payment Methods

Shandong TK offers multiple secure payment methods adapted to international trade. All transactions are protected and documented for your financial security.

Accepted Payment Methods

1. Bank Transfer (T/T — Telegraphic Transfer)

The most common payment method for international truck purchases. Funds are transferred directly between bank accounts via the SWIFT network.

  • Standard terms: 30% deposit upon order confirmation, 70% balance before shipment (against copy of Bill of Lading)
  • Advantages: Simple, traceable, accepted worldwide
  • Processing time: 2–5 business days

2. Letter of Credit (L/C)

A bank-guaranteed payment instrument that protects both buyer and seller. Your bank guarantees payment upon presentation of conforming shipping documents.

  • Best for: Large orders, first-time buyers, government contracts
  • Advantages: Maximum security for both parties. Bank verification of documents before payment release.
  • We accept: Irrevocable L/C at sight, from any internationally recognised bank

3. Western Union / MoneyGram

Available for spare parts orders and small deposits. Fast processing (same day).

4. Trade Assurance (via Alibaba)

For buyers who find us through Alibaba, Trade Assurance provides platform-guaranteed protection on your purchase.

Payment Security

  • All bank details are provided on official Shandong TK letterhead with company stamp
  • We never change bank details by email — always verify by phone call if you receive a change request
  • Full receipts and invoices provided for every payment
  • Company registration documents available upon request for your bank’s due diligence

Currency

We accept payments in USD (US Dollars) and CNY/RMB (Chinese Yuan). EUR and other currencies can be arranged for large orders.

Refund Policy

Deposits are refundable if the order is cancelled before production begins. Once production or reconditioning has started, deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to a modified order. Full terms are detailed in our sales contract.
