Our Workshop in Liangshan — Where Trucks Are Born
At Shandong TK, we’re not a trading company that buys and resells. We’re a manufacturer. Our workshops in Liangshan, Shandong Province are where raw chassis become finished, purpose-built vehicles ready for the toughest jobs on earth.
What We Do In-House
- Chassis Preparation: Every new or used chassis is inspected, cleaned and prepared for body mounting.
- Body Fabrication: Steel cutting, welding, assembly — we build dump truck buckets, cargo bodies, tanker shells and crane platforms from raw steel.
- Hydraulic System Installation: Tipping systems, crane hydraulics, compactor mechanisms — all installed and tested in our workshop.
- Tank Fabrication: Fuel, water and chemical tanks in carbon steel, stainless steel or aluminium.
- Painting & Finishing: Professional multi-coat paint systems, corporate livery and decals.
- Quality Control: Every vehicle is road-tested, load-tested and documented before leaving our facility.
Reconditioning Process
When we recondition a used truck, we follow a strict 12-step process:
- Visual inspection and damage assessment
- Complete disassembly of the working equipment (bucket, crane, tank)
- Engine diagnostics and mechanical overhaul
- Transmission and axle inspection
- Brake system replacement
- Electrical system check and repair
- Cabin refurbishment (seats, dashboard, glass)
- New working equipment fabrication or refurbishment
- Hydraulic system rebuild
- Full body preparation and painting
- Reassembly and road testing
- Final quality inspection and documentation
Partner Workshop Network
Beyond our own facility, we work with a network of specialist partner workshops across Shandong Province. This allows us to handle large fleet orders simultaneously and access specialised equipment like CNC plasma cutters, large-format paint booths and heavy-duty test ramps.
