Description

Remanufactured heavy-duty diesel engines for HOWO, Shacman and other Chinese trucks: 6-cylinder in-line, turbocharged and intercooled, rebuilt to factory specifications and bench-tested before shipment.

Remanufacturing process

  • Complete dismantling, cleaning and crack inspection of block, head and crankshaft.
  • Machining of cylinder bores, crankshaft and valve seats to specification.
  • New pistons, rings, liners, bearings, gaskets, seals and filters.
  • Bench test (power, oil pressure, leak test) and repainting.

Common models

  • Weichai WD615 (336–371 HP), WP10 (336–380 HP), WP12 (400–480 HP), WP13 (480–550 HP).
  • Sinotruk MC11 (380–440 HP), MC13 (480–540 HP).
