Description
Heavy-duty spring hangers and equalizer brackets for semi-trailer mechanical (leaf-spring) suspensions. They are welded under the trailer chassis and carry the ends of the leaf springs and the equalizer (balance beam) that shares the load between the axles.
What the set includes
- Front hanger and rear hanger: spring-end brackets with hardened wear plates and rebound / retainer bolts that keep the spring leaves in place.
- Middle hanger: equalizer bracket with the pivot shaft, bushing and lock nut for the balance beam.
- Adjustable torque arm brackets with clamp blocks and threaded rods, for axle alignment.
- Bolts, nuts and spacers, zinc-plated.
Specifications
- Material: Q345B high-strength steel plate, robot and manual CO₂ welding.
- Suspension: tandem (2-axle) and tri-axle (3-axle) mechanical suspensions, 10–16 t axles.
- Finish: shot-blasted bare steel with black primer, or red paint (RAL colour on request).
- Compatibility: Semi-trailer axle brands: FUWA, BPW, York, SHACMAN / HOWO trailer axles and Chinese OEM trailers (CIMC and others) — American type and German type suspensions.
