2. Products and Services

Shandong TK manufactures, reconditions and exports heavy commercial vehicles (trucks, trailers) and supplies spare parts. All products listed on this website are subject to availability. Specifications, images and descriptions are provided for reference and may vary from the actual delivered product due to customisation, manufacturing updates or regional compliance requirements.

3. Pricing

Prices are not displayed on this website. All pricing is provided via direct quotation (email or phone). Quoted prices are valid for 15 days unless otherwise stated. Prices are in USD (FOB China) unless a different Incoterm is agreed. Shipping, insurance and customs duties are additional unless included in a CIF or DDP quotation.

4. Orders and Contracts

An order is confirmed only when: (a) a signed sales contract is received by both parties, and (b) the agreed deposit payment is received and cleared. Verbal agreements or email exchanges do not constitute a binding contract without a signed sales contract.

5. Payment Terms

Standard payment terms are 30% deposit upon contract signing, 70% balance before shipment. Alternative terms (Letter of Credit, milestone payments) are available by agreement. See our Secure Payment page for accepted methods.

6. Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to production schedules, shipping availability and customs processing. Shandong TK is not liable for delays caused by force majeure, port congestion, customs holds or carrier schedule changes. See our Delivery page for shipping methods and timelines.

7. Warranty

New vehicles carry the manufacturer warranty (typically 12–24 months or 100,000 km, whichever comes first). Reconditioned vehicles carry a Shandong TK warranty on major components (engine, transmission, axles) for a period agreed in the sales contract. Spare parts carry a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accident damage, improper use or unauthorised modifications.

8. Limitation of Liability

Shandong TK’s total liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental damages including lost profits, business interruption or equipment downtime.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, images, logos, product descriptions) is the property of Shandong TK Import Export CO., LTD. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from transactions with Shandong TK shall be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) in accordance with its rules.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China and applicable international trade conventions (CISG — United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods).

12. Privacy
