Custom Mudguards / Fenders Set (Fibreglass or Steel)

Description

Custom-fabricated mudguards (fenders) for heavy trucks — manufactured at our Liangshan workshop in your choice of material and colour. Available in fibreglass (GRP) for lightweight durability or galvanised steel for maximum impact resistance in mining and construction environments.

Standard sets include front and rear fenders for one truck (4 pieces). We also fabricate oversized mining-spec mudguards with extended coverage for trucks running wide tyres (385/65 R22.5 or larger) — essential for preventing stone damage to following vehicles and passing traffic.

Custom options include:

• Colour-matched to your fleet livery (RAL colour code or sample matching)
• Integrated mudflaps (rubber or polyurethane)
• Reinforced mounting brackets for vibration-prone applications
• Spray suppression system (fine mesh behind the fender) for wet conditions
• Custom width and arc radius for non-standard tyre sizes
