Description

Complete trailing-arm air suspension for semi-trailers, available in two versions: genuine BPW components, or a BPW-type suspension manufactured by Shandong TK with interchangeable mounting dimensions.

What the system includes

  • Air springs (rolling-lobe air bags) with top plate and mounting studs.
  • Trailing arms (spring-steel or forged) with pivot bushings and axle seats / U-bolt clamps.
  • Front hangers welded under the trailer chassis, with pivot bolts and alignment adjusters.
  • Shock absorbers, height control valve and air piping on request.

Specifications

  • Configuration: single, tandem (2-axle) and tri-axle (3-axle) groups, with optional lift axle.
  • Axles: 9 t to 13 t, drum brake or disc brake, 10-stud ISO hubs.
  • Ride height: to your trailer drawing.
  • Compatibility: FUWA, BPW, York and Chinese OEM trailer axles (CIMC and others).
