Description

Complete king pin rebuild kit for front steering axles — the pivot point connecting the steering knuckle to the axle beam. Worn king pins cause loose steering, uneven tyre wear, MOT/roadworthiness failures and dangerous handling under load.

This kit includes case-hardened king pins, reamed bronze bushings, thrust bearings, grease seals and adjustment shims. Fits most Chinese and European front axle designs with common 50mm pin diameter.

We recommend king pin inspection every 100,000 km and replacement when play exceeds 1mm. Mining trucks on rough terrain may need replacement every 50,000–80,000 km.

Complete front axle parts: tie rod ends, drag links, steering arms, wheel bearings, hub seals and stub axles for all brands.
